10 – Die Bildmaschine “(Your) Wave of Light”

The installation focuses on the conscious perception of the body in the foreground. By moving a variety of physical and facial areas, the projection can be controlled. The whole is accompanied by locatable sound. The interactively generated waves in the water and the reflective ceiling create a unique experience. With the help of a tablet, facial expressions and gestures are transferred to the projection. Whether it is the eyes, the mouth, the fingers, the tilt of the head or the legs, everything has a purpose. A small highlight is the built-in speaker in the water pool, which causes the water to vibrate and thus influences the entire projection. The optical style is influenced by minimalistic photographs of Regensburg.
